14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. M-Pesa refunds typically arrive within 24 hours. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days.
