Products & Quality
What macadamia kernel grades do you offer?
We offer seven grades: Style 0 (whole premium), Style 1 (whole), Style 2 (half kernels), Style 3 (butt halves), Style 4L (large pieces), Style 4S (small pieces), and Style 6 (chip grade). Each suits different uses from gourmet snacking to baking and confectionery.
Are your products certified?
Yes. We hold FSSC 22000 certification for food safety, KEBS certification, and comply with KEPHIS standards. Our processing facility meets international quality benchmarks.
What pulses do you sell?
Our pulse range includes green grams (mung beans), yellow grams (pigeon peas), chickpeas, lentils, black beans, and kidney beans. All are cleaned, graded, and packed in food-safe packaging.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. M-Pesa is available for Kenyan customers through our secure checkout. International orders can pay via card.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer competitive wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Minimum order quantities apply. Visit our Wholesale page or WhatsApp us to discuss pricing for your volume.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Kenya and ship internationally. Nairobi orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Other Kenya locations take 2–4 days. International shipping is available via DHL/FedEx with delivery in 5–10 business days.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! We offer free delivery within Nairobi for orders over KES 3,000. National orders over KES 5,000 qualify for free shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you sell macadamia seedlings?
